大家去配眼镜或者测视力的时候，会得到一张“验光单”，单子上的字母和数字乍一看让人摸不着头脑，实则暗藏着你的视力“密码”！
那究竟怎样才能借助验光单，来了解自己的屈光状态呢？验光单上那些不同的符号又各自代表着什么意义呢？
今天就带大家全方位“解码”验光单！
<R>/<L>：分别代表右眼、左眼；有时用“OD”代表右眼，“OS”代表左眼，“OU”代表双眼。
S：代表球镜度数（SPH），也就是近视或远视的度数，是验光单上最核心的指标之一。
其中，“-”代表近视，“+”代表远视。例如，-1.75 表示175度近视，+2.00 表示200度远视。度数的绝对值越大，说明近视或远视的程度越深；
C：代表柱镜度数（CYL），也就是散光度数，散光多由角膜或晶状体表面弧度不均导致。
和球镜度数一样，散光度数也会标注“+”或“-”，但临床中多以“-”标注，具体需结合验光设备与视光医师的判断。例如，-1.00 表示100度散光，散光度数越高，视物重影、模糊的症状可能越明显。
A：代表轴位（AX），它仅针对散光存在，代表散光的方向，用字母A表示，范围在 0°-180° 之间。
轴位的准确性直接影响散光矫正效果，若轴位偏差，即使度数精准，佩戴眼镜也可能出现头晕、视物变形等不适。比如 AX 180，代表散光的方向为水平位。
PD：代表瞳距，指双眼瞳孔中心之间的距离，单位为毫米（mm）。瞳距分为远用瞳距（D）和近用瞳距（N），远用瞳距用于配制远用眼镜，近用瞳距则用于老花镜等近用眼镜。
瞳距的准确性决定了眼镜的光学中心是否与瞳孔对齐，是保障配戴舒适度和矫正效果的重要参数。
当我们碰到这种验光单时，它会分为裸眼视力和矫正视力，裸眼视力是不戴眼镜时的视力水平，矫正视力则是戴眼镜后能达到的最佳视力，正常6岁及以上的儿童以及成年人的最佳矫正视力应达5.0及以上。
除了这些核心指标，验光单上还可能出现 ADD 这一参数，代表下加光度数，主要用于渐进多焦点眼镜或双光眼镜，针对的是中老年人的老花问题，能同时满足看远、看中、看近的需求。
验光单不等于配镜处方。尤其是儿童青少年、高度屈光不正、散光度数较高或存在视功能异常的人群，视光医师会结合患者的主观验光、视功能检查等结果，对验光数据进行调整，才能给出最适合的配镜方案。切勿仅凭一张验光单就自行网购眼镜，以免影响视力矫正效果。
