眼睛干痒，不少人可能觉得揉一揉就好，殊不知，眼睛老痒，眼屎还多，可能是螨虫在里面“安了家”!
17岁的馨馨（化名）是一名高二学生，平日里除了紧张学习之外，家里也养了几只宠物，近半年来眼睛反复干痒、异物感、分泌物增多。家长带着她辗转多家医院就诊，反复使用各类抗生素、人工泪液眼药水都不见好转，严重影响她的学习和生活。
经多方打听，家长带着馨馨来到我院干眼诊疗中心陈丽丽医生门诊就诊。陈医生经过裂隙灯显微镜检查，在馨馨的睫毛根部发现了“元凶”：蠕形螨。“她的睑缘充血明显、睫毛根部鳞屑状及袖套样分泌物附着，所以高度怀疑是蠕形螨引起的睑缘炎症。”陈丽丽回忆说。经拔睫毛检查验证，确实是蠕形螨感染。
拔取睫毛12根，左右上下睑各3根；右眼检测到蠕形螨9只；左眼检测6只。
看了触目惊心的蠕形螨感染图片后，馨馨家长要求尽快治疗。陈丽丽医生立即为馨馨进行了规范的除螨治疗（OPT强脉冲光治疗+茶树精油湿巾），并告知她要注意个人用眼卫生，避免与宠物接触。经过近2个月时间治疗后，馨馨的不适症状明显改善，眼部分泌物明显减少，恢复了正常的学习和生活
蠕形螨睑缘炎是一种由蠕形螨感染所致的慢性炎症性疾病，主要累及睑缘皮肤、睫毛毛囊、皮脂腺、睑板腺及其开口。
多为双眼一起发病，如果出现以下症状，应高度警惕：睑缘红、眼痒、眼干、眼烧灼感、异物感、畏光及分泌物增多，严重者可伴有反复睫毛脱落，甚至角结膜病变。
答案是会！蠕形螨主要通过接触传播.
卫生条件差及共用卫生洁具等，通过直接或间接接触感染人体。据临床观察，在睑缘蠕形螨检查阳性的儿童中，其父母或与其密切接触的亲属睑缘蠕形螨的阳性检出比例较高。

驱螨药物：使用甲硝唑凝胶或茶树油除螨湿巾进行局部祛螨治疗。

局部物理治疗：
做好睑缘清洁，去除睑缘鳞屑、结痂等，必要时进行眼部热敷及睑板腺按摩。
强脉冲光作为新的治疗手段可在一定程度上杀灭蠕形螨。

药物治疗：合并有干眼症或并发角结膜病变的，局部使用抗炎或人工泪液等辅助治疗。

全身治疗：伴有皮肤病患者需联合皮肤科治疗。
治疗疗程一般为2-3个月。治疗期间避免辛辣及刺激性饮食，注意环境卫生与个人卫生，不与他人共用生活物品。毛巾等物品进行高温消毒灭螨。
建议与患者密切的接触者也进行蠕形螨检查，阳性者建议同时进行驱螨治疗。
